Lucas County Libraries are the following 19: Birmingham Branch Library, Heatherdowns Branch Library, Holland Branch Library, Kent Branch Library, Lagrange-Central Branch Library, Locke Branch Library, Maumee Branch Library, Mott Branch Library, Oregon Branch Library, Point Place Branch Library, Reynolds Corners Branch Library, Sanger Branch Library, South Branch Library, Sylvania Branch Library, Toledo Heights Branch Library, Toledo-Lucas County Public Library, Washington Branch Library, Waterville Branch Library, and West Toledo Branch Library.

Library services throughout the County are provided by the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library. The Library provides services on a County-wide basis through its Main Library in Downtown Toledo and 19 branch libraries throughout the County. It has the third larges public library collection in the State with over 2.3 million books and annual circulation of over 6 million.
